We selected Ammirato Construction for three separate jobs over the past few years; a kitchen remodel for a 10 year old home, restoration of a 1912 craftsman home, and demolition and reconstruction of a cottage, installation of a new patio, driveway and hardscape for the entire property.
We continued to select Ammirato Construction due to the high quality workmanship and the professionalism of the entire crew. The craftsman home renovation was especially challenging given the age of the home and the poor condition of previous modifications. Ammirato provided incredible guidance along the way, helping to make decisions which fit with the original design and appearance of the home while modernizing and improving the entire home so that it will last many more decades.
