As first time remodelers, I think we really lucked out by hiring John Ammirato. He had the most comprehensive proposal--so there wasn't any guesswork on our part--and in the end John finished the job on time and on budget. No surprises. We're thrilled with the way our kitchen, living room, and bathroom turned out and are so pleased with Ammirato Construction's comittiment to us after the job is done. We've had only a few minor issues and the team responded right away.

I wanted to let you know that I arrived home to see that the bowls, most of the trim, and lighting had been installed. WOW!!! I appreciate your hard work in getting all of that done in time. I was not expecting that at all. A well known architect in the area came down to my house on Saturday and was so favorably impressed. He said that he had not seen workmanship like that on a project in a very long time. I really appreciate the work that you and your crew have done. I know that in the scheme of things this was a small project for you, but you have treated my project like it was important and the craftsmanship reflects how conscientious you are about your work.

I first hired John 4 years ago when he did a small bathroom remodel. I was so impressed with the results that he has since done a complete remodel of my home and I couldn’t be happier! He exceeded my expectations by a mile!! During every phase, John was in constant contact. His crew was here on time every day rain or shine. They are trustworthy, respectful, courteous and always friendly. Living in the home with a huge project going on is hard enough – but because of John’s high standards of quality and excellence, he took a lot of the stress right out of it! Out of all the horrible contractor stories out there, I feel so unbelievably lucky to have found such a great contractor and crew. One of the best pieces of advice I could offer is don’t base your decision on money.
