This historic Spanish Colonial Revival style home was transformed from a deteriorated two-bedroom, one bath house into a spacious four-bedroom dream home. Every detail of this extensive remodel combined historical accuracy with both modern conveniences and environmental efficiency. Spanish Colonial details include the airy feel that comes from arched doorways and coved ceilings. The exquisite handmade mosaic tile work was built from the original plates and molds of the early 1900s. Environmentally conscious amenities include KCMA certified green cabinetry, photo electric solar system, and the IB cool roofing system.
