Ammirato Construction provided an extensive interior alteration/remodel of this 1950’s ranch home. In addition to bringing the homes infrastructure up to current code, our team installed two new air conditioning systems for separate zones, improving energy efficiency. Other energy efficient upgrades include dual pane windows and doors, solar powered attic fans, skylights and energy efficient lighting. Hand finished oak floors and detailed moldings complimented the new interior configurations. To maximize flow between spaces, we relocated or removed several walls and doors. The kitchen was reinvented with our customary attention to detail- glazed cabinets, oversized island, commercial appliances; stone counters with handmade subway tile splash.
